Here is another of the characters from the Grammar Town project I mentioned before.
He is Victor Verb - the King of Grammar Town. (think him and Nancy Noun may have a bit of a 'thing' going.)
He was a digital creation. Each character was created differently, to show the writer some different possibilities for medium and style.
